YOLO

Since its inception in 2012, the YOLO Youth Leadership Conference (YOLO YLC) has offered a once in a lifetime opportunity for Elk Grove and surrounding areas of Sacramento Youth. The YOLO Youth Leadership Conference (YOLO YLC) brings 300 high school students to participate in a one day, intensive leadership conference. Conference participants attend powerful workshops and seminars that enhance leadership skills, academic preparedness, self-esteem, cultural awareness, and provide an understanding of state and local government. Participants will leave with valuable information and tools that they can begin using when they return to school in the Fall. Most importantly, students will leave with new friendships from throughout the community and continue to engage with new found mentors.
