Physical and Mental Health is a journey to wellness not only for members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, but our families and communities. Elk Grove Alumnae Chapter is committed to this initiative by encouraging members to live a healthy and holistic lifestyle. The three-pronged approach includes:

Physical Health: Chronic Diseases
Mental Health
Elk Grove Alumnae Chapter hosts an Annual Health Conference to address the health issues that plague the African-American community disproportionately. The Chapter also disseminates monthly updates about health symposiums. The Chapter also participates in monthly walks.
