Delta GEMS
The Dr. Jeanne L. Noble Delta GEMS (Growing and Empowering Myself Successfully) Program was created to inspire and enrich the live of African American high school aged young ladies 14 – 18. The program’s goals are to enhance the dreams of this unique demographic. Delta GEMS aims to provide the framework needed to realize those dreams! Additionally, the program strives to ensure it participants experience increased self-awareness & esteem, heightened academic success, broaden leadership skills, cultural awareness and an expanded knowledge of what it means to serve the communities in which they live. These benefits will be vita in the coming years as they seek to impact their communities and overcome the challenges of an ever-changing world. The strength of empowering and guiding the next generation of leaders begins with the Delta GEMS Program.
